Jesse

Jesse is a livestock guardian dog with a big heart and an even bigger job. He’s half GreatPyrenees and half Anatolian Shepherd, which is a perfect combination for life on our farm sanctuary. At night, he watches over all the animals, patrols the farm boundary at night to ensure the safety and security of all our residents. We make sure that his days are filled with naps, treats, and tons of snuggles.

We adopted him as a 4 month old puppy from our local shelter, Brother Wolf Animal Rescue, right here in Asheville. He was just returned from a family who had intended to find a family dog who would enjoy life mostly indoors. Fortunately when the discovered the mismatch, they reached out to Brother Wolf, and we are so grateful!
